A person under 18 may participate in an approved educational programme only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
When acting on behalf of a company, organisation or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Acceptance of Terms

The DMRS Digital Launch Initiative provides selected applicants with website development support without a development fee.
Applying does not guarantee selection.
DMRS Digital may consider factors including:
- Project suitability
- Business or professional readiness
- Website complexity
- Content availability
- Applicant cooperation
- Available programme capacity
- Technical requirements
- Expected completion time
DMRS Digital may accept, reject, postpone or place an application on a waiting list at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Meaning of Free Website Development
“Free Website Development” means that DMRS Digital waives its development fee for the specific starter website scope approved in writing.
It does not automatically mean that every website-related product, tool or service is free.
Unless specifically included in writing, the applicant remains responsible for:
- Domain registration
- Website hosting
- Domain and hosting renewals
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Paid software
- Business email
- Payment gateway charges
- Transaction charges
- Shipping tools
- Stock photographs
- Paid fonts
- Third-party integrations
- API charges
- Advertising spend
- Ongoing maintenance
- Legal licences
- Applicable taxes
The domain and hosting should normally be purchased and maintained under the applicant’s own name and billing account.
7. Free Website Scope
An approved starter website may include services such as:
- Customised starter design
- Mobile-responsive layout
- Limited business or personal pages
- Service presentation
- Contact form
- WhatsApp contact option
- Basic Technical SEO
- Basic performance setup
- Basic security configuration
- Launch assistance
The final inclusions will depend on the written project approval.
The following are not automatically included:
- Unlimited pages
- Advanced eCommerce stores
- Custom web applications
- Membership portals
- Complex databases
- Advanced dashboards
- Custom-coded software
- Marketplace platforms
- Multi-vendor systems
- Advanced booking platforms
- Paid advertising
- Ongoing SEO
- Lifetime maintenance
- Unlimited product uploading
- Unlimited graphic design
- Unlimited revisions
8. eCommerce Setup, Product Uploading and Graphics
eCommerce setup, product uploading and graphic support are included only when expressly mentioned in the approved project scope.
Where included, DMRS Digital may apply reasonable limits relating to:
- Number of products
- Number of product categories
- Number of graphics
- Number of banners
- Payment methods
- Shipping rules
- Supported integrations
- Revision rounds
The client must provide accurate product information, prices, photographs, tax details, shipping information, return policies and legally required business information.
DMRS Digital does not independently verify the legality, quality, safety or regulatory compliance of products sold through a client’s website.
9. Free Training and Educational Programmes
DMRS Digital may provide free training in subjects such as:
- Website development
- WordPress
- eCommerce
- Technical SEO
- Digital marketing
- Social media marketing
- Lead generation
- Website optimisation
- AI tools and automation
Training may be delivered through:
- Live online classes
- Recorded lessons
- Articles
- Workshops
- Assignments
- Community groups
- Practical projects
- Video conferencing platforms
- Downloadable materials
Availability, duration, curriculum, schedules and selection criteria may change.
Registration does not guarantee admission, completion, certification, employment or a paid opportunity.
10. Educational Disclaimer
Training and educational resources are provided for general learning and skill-development purposes.
DMRS Digital does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Internships
- Freelance clients
- Business income
- Examination results
- Professional certification
- Website rankings
- Advertising approval
- Social media growth
- A particular number of leads or sales
Results depend on factors including personal effort, practice, market conditions, implementation, platform policies and prior experience.
Unless clearly stated, DMRS Digital courses are not university degrees, government qualifications or accredited professional certifications.
11. Training Conduct
Learners must communicate respectfully and must not:
- Harass instructors or participants
- Share offensive or discriminatory content
- Spam community groups
- Promote unrelated products without permission
- Copy another learner’s work
- Disrupt live sessions
- Share passwords or private links
- Record sessions without permission
- Redistribute paid or protected course materials
- Use programme access for illegal activity
DMRS Digital may remove a participant who violates these rules.
Removal for misconduct may occur without providing replacement access or compensation, subject to applicable law.
12. Recordings and Training Materials
Some training sessions, workshops or consultations may be recorded.
Participants will be informed where recording takes place.
Course materials, presentations, templates, videos, worksheets and training documents remain the intellectual property of DMRS Digital or the relevant rights owner.
Participants receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the materials for their own learning.
Participants may not:
- Resell the materials
- Upload them publicly
- Share course access
- Remove copyright notices
- Repackage them as their own course
- Use them to create a competing programme
- Record or redistribute live sessions without permission
13. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate and timely:
- Business information
- Website content
- Product details
- Images
- Logos
- Brand guidelines
- Contact information
- Legal policies
- Access credentials
- Feedback and approvals
The client confirms that they have permission to use all content provided to DMRS Digital.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Website text
- Prices
- Product descriptions
- Claims
- Contact details
- Tax information
- Refund policies
- Privacy notices
- Industry disclosures
- Legal information
DMRS Digital is not responsible for errors that remain after the client has approved the content.
14. Client Content and Legal Compliance
You must not ask DMRS Digital to publish or promote content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Is fraudulent or misleading
- Promotes illegal products or services
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Violates privacy rights
- Is defamatory
- Encourages violence or discrimination
- Contains unlawful adult content
- Violates advertising platform policies
- Infringes applicable consumer laws
- Misrepresents qualifications, results or business claims
DMRS Digital may refuse or remove content that it reasonably considers illegal, unsafe, misleading or harmful.
15. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is confirmed in writing.
Timelines may be extended where:
- The client provides content late
- Feedback or approval is delayed
- Requirements change
- Additional work is requested
- A third-party provider experiences downtime
- Domain or hosting access is unavailable
- A technical problem occurs outside our reasonable control
- Illness, emergency or force majeure affects delivery
A delay caused by the client does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
16. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number of revisions will be stated in the proposal or project plan.
Unless otherwise agreed, free starter website projects include one consolidated revision round.
A revision means a reasonable modification to an existing approved design or deliverable.
A revision does not include:
- A completely new website
- A complete redesign
- New pages not previously agreed
- New software functionality
- A different business model
- New third-party integrations
- Replacing all approved content
Additional work may require a new quotation, revised timeline or paid service agreement.
17. Fees and Payments
Prices will be communicated through the website, proposal, invoice or written confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Third-party charges are separate
- Advertising spend is separate
- Applicable taxes may be added
- Bank or payment gateway charges may apply
- Work may begin only after the agreed advance payment
- Final files or administrative access may be withheld until agreed payments are completed
For ongoing services, payments must be made according to the agreed billing schedule.
DMRS Digital may pause services where a payment becomes overdue.
18. Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Custom digital services require time, planning and resource allocation.
Unless a proposal states otherwise:
- A deposit may be refundable before work begins, after deduction of non-recoverable transaction or third-party costs.
- Once research, planning, design or development begins, charges for completed and committed work are non-refundable.
- Third-party purchases are generally non-refundable.
- Domain, hosting, software, advertising and payment gateway charges are subject to the provider’s refund policy.
- Where a project is cancelled after work begins, DMRS Digital may calculate the amount payable according to completed work and committed resources.
- Refunds approved by DMRS Digital will be returned through a reasonable available payment method.
No clause in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Project Inactivity
A project may be treated as inactive where the client does not provide required content, feedback, access or approval for more than 30 days.
DMRS Digital may:
- Pause the project
- Revise the delivery schedule
- Archive the project
- Request a reactivation fee
- Recalculate pricing where requirements or costs have changed
Any advance payment already used for completed or reserved work will not automatically be refundable.
20. Domain, Hosting and Third-Party Accounts
Clients should purchase domains, hosting, payment gateway accounts, advertising accounts and other business tools in their own name wherever possible.
The client is responsible for:
- Account ownership
- Billing information
- Renewals
- Password security
- Account recovery
- Provider terms
- Subscription cancellation
- Data stored by the provider
DMRS Digital may provide setup assistance but does not own or control third-party platforms.
Failure to renew a domain, hosting plan, plugin or software subscription may cause a website or feature to stop working.
21. Affiliate and Referral Links
DMRS Digital may recommend hosting providers, domain providers, software tools, plugins or other services.
Some recommendations may use affiliate or referral links.
DMRS Digital may receive a commission when a user purchases through such a link.
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
- The client remains the account owner
- The client pays the third-party provider directly
- Billing remains under the client’s control
- The recommendation does not guarantee the provider’s performance
- The third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply
22. Website Ownership
The client retains ownership of:
- The domain purchased in the client’s name
- The hosting account purchased in the client’s name
- Original content supplied by the client
- Client trademarks and logos
- Original photographs supplied by the client
After full payment and completion of any applicable agreement, the client will receive the agreed rights to final custom deliverables.
DMRS Digital retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing methods
- Reusable templates
- Internal frameworks
- Code libraries
- Development systems
- Training materials
- Processes
- Tools
- General skills and knowledge
- Third-party licensed components
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images and software remain subject to their respective licences.
23. Portfolio and Testimonials
DMRS Digital will request permission before publicly using:
- The client’s name
- Logo
- Testimonial
- Website screenshots
- Project results
- Training feedback
- Student assignments
- Recorded video feedback
Permission may be refused or later withdrawn for future use by contacting us.
Withdrawal may not affect material already lawfully printed, distributed or published before the request was received.
24. Website Maintenance and Security
Ongoing maintenance is not included unless agreed in writing.
After launch, the website owner is responsible for arranging:
- Software updates
- Plugin updates
- Theme updates
- Security monitoring
- Malware checks
- Backups
- Content updates
- Licence renewals
- Hosting renewals
- Technical support
DMRS Digital may offer a separate maintenance plan.
No website, server, plugin or security system can be guaranteed to be completely protected against every vulnerability, outage, attack or data loss.
25. SEO Services
Search engine optimisation can improve technical quality, visibility and search performance, but results depend on factors outside DMRS Digital’s control.
DMRS Digital does not guarantee:
- First-page rankings
- A number-one Google position
- A fixed level of organic traffic
- Permanent rankings
- Indexing of every page
- A specific number of enquiries or sales
- Protection from search engine algorithm updates
Search engines independently determine crawling, indexing and rankings.
26. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Digital marketing results depend on:
- Advertising budget
- Market demand
- Competition
- Product quality
- Pricing
- Website performance
- Offer quality
- Creative quality
- Tracking accuracy
- Platform algorithms
- Audience behaviour
DMRS Digital does not guarantee:
- Advertisement approval
- A specific cost per click
- A specific number of leads
- A particular conversion rate
- Revenue or profit
- Social media virality
- Follower growth
- Continued access to an advertising account
The client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of business, product, health, financial and promotional claims.
27. Website Audits and Recommendations
Website audits and consultations are based on the information and tools available at the time of review.
Audit findings are professional recommendations and do not guarantee that:
- Every technical issue will be identified
- Implementing every recommendation will create sales
- Search rankings will improve immediately
- Third-party tools will report identical results
- A website will remain free from future technical problems
28. Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential information received from the other party.
Confidential information may include:
- Business plans
- Customer data
- Unpublished pricing
- Login details
- Marketing strategies
- Internal documents
- Technical information
Confidentiality does not apply to information that:
- Is already public
- Was lawfully known before disclosure
- Was independently developed
- Was received legally from another source
- Must be disclosed by law
Clients should use secure methods when sharing passwords or sensitive access information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
34. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DMRS Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including:

- Loss of anticipated savings
- Reputation damage
- Third-party platform suspension
- Loss resulting from expired hosting or domains
- Loss caused by client-provided content
- Loss caused by third-party providers
Where liability can lawfully be limited, DMRS Digital’s total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
For a free service, where liability can lawfully be limited, total liability will not exceed INR 5,000.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
35. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of law
- Your violation of another person’s rights
- Unauthorised use of copyrighted content

Where practical, DMRS Digital may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
37. Force Majeure
DMRS Digital will not be responsible for delays caused by events reasonably outside our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Power failures
- Cyberattacks
- Platform outages
- War or civil unrest
- Epidemics
- Serious illness
- Failure of critical third-party providers
We will take reasonable steps to resume affected services.
38. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

39. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or DMRS Digital services will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
40. International Users
DMRS Digital may work with clients and learners outside India.
International users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their business, products, website and location.
Where local consumer or privacy law provides mandatory rights, those rights will continue to apply and will not be removed by these Terms.
41. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when:

- Pricing or processes change
